The Tuition Classification team is part of the Reporting and Compliance department within the Office of Finance and Accounting (OFA). The team is responsible for:
- Reclassifying students from out-of-state status to in-state status for tuition payment purposes.
- Evaluating eligibility for out-of-state tuition waiver requests, based on the laws of the State of Georgia and the policies of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia and Kennesaw State University.
- Citizenship and permanent resident status changes of currently enrolled students.
